radio-altimeter of Air-to-Air missile !

I know the missile Kh-31, AGM-84 co-op the active radar homing (ARH), they also have one system called radio / radar-altimeter, anyone can tell me whether the missile AAM ARH (R77, AIM120) has a similar systems?
