In production Mirage 2000 vs Gripen for export: is it enough?

Assume Dassault is still producing Mirage 2000s and keeping them relevant with new upgrades, like the F-16 and MiG-29 lines..

the M2K’s main rival may very well be the Gripen which is in its size and performance range.

would continued production of the M2K make it a more appealing plane for foreign customers over Gripen?

say traditional Dassault customers such as South Africa, Brazil, and new markets such as Eastern Europe
