What will Allied aggressor squadrens look like 2025+?

I could not help notice that in the latest exercise the red forces look like nothing more than
Speed bumps. Since red agressor squadrens are responsible for training a large portion of allied forces,
What will be envisioned for 2025+, and what do you recommend?
The red force has to simulate J-20,31, and T-50.

1. Early block F-22?
2. Early block Typhoons?
3. F-35A
4. Refurbished F-117
5. Silent Eagles

Im concerned that legacy F-15s and F-16s are no longer a danger to modern VLO and 4.5 gen fighters.
