Can APS systems be jammed?

What kind of jammer could jam an APS?

The trophy’s radar for instance uses the F/G band:

The design includes the Elta EL/M-2133[1] F/G band fire-control radar with four flat-panel antennas mounted on the vehicle, with a 360-degree field of view.

The F/G band is 4-6 GHz. Could an X-band AESA with EA capabilities do that or are they limited to the X band?

One could imagine a fighter using its radar to jam the APS of its targets before its PGMs impact.
