Il-76 "bomber" trial, any others?

So any other cargo aircraft being used or as “bombers” in semi-recent history (say post 1970). I am aware of C-130’s dropping “daisy cutters” in Vietnam and the Gulf war, the MOAB, the Argentine C-130 in the Falklands (from a pylon, seemingly not the oft-reported ‘rolled off the cargo ramp’ method). Not counting the missiles and guns on gunships like the AC-130, AC-119, AC-47, KC-130, just dropped ordinance. Article says C-17 can drop MOAB, but I am not sure that this has been done.

Any others?
