Lakenheath flying patterns

It is donkey’s years since I sat at the end of the runway at Lakenheath, and now I have a grandson who loves the F-15 and wants to go there and see some flying. Can anyone help me with an idea of the best times of day to hang around and see some action please? I realise this is a variable feast, but how does it work now on an “average” day?
