Dual rack and SDB load out

is double weapon rack such as BRU-55/A , BRU-57/A , BRU-69A able to carry 2 BRU-61A under them to double the amount of SDB carried on each weapon station ( from 4 to 8 ) ?
if no then why ? . the BRU-55/A , BRU-57/A both can carry 2 LAU-117 ( to carry 2 AGM-65) i dont know why they can’t do that with BRU-61 (also AC-rack – rack ) not to mention the fact that carry missile often required more clear gap than carry bombs


also could the SPEAR 3 , spice-250 share the same rack with SDB ?
