yf-12 vs modern fighter

What fighter today can intercept the yf-12 (equip with modern radar ex apg-77 ) without being shot down ?
YF-12 cruise at.90K ft and at mach 3.5 , carry 3 aim-47
aim-47 have really powerful seeker able to lock on target with rcs ~ 10 m2 from 116 km and have a top speed of mach 6
it make me wonder if anything flying can shot it down , ( 90k ft and mach 3.5 mean AA Missiles become useless )
