Russian aviation return to Cam Ranh Bay in Vietnam. What would be stationed?

Russia seems to be very close to securing a deal to re-turn to Cam Ranh and re-establish a base.
in the past it was to monitor the US presence and they had Floggers and Il-38s stationed there along with the Pacific Fleet
