All right guys you may never heard of Sri Lanka or may do not that much about Sri Lankan Armed Forces.
In brief Sri Lankan Military consists of nearly 200,000 men.
With $2.2billion budget
And has 3 branches with Army, Navy, and Air force.
Air force consists of nearly 30,000 men 😀
But it heavily lacks in modern combat aircraft.
And pretty much Air defence, only few ZPUs and Sa-7 missile 🙁
We have two international airports and more than 20 domestic airports within the country.
And as for the economy its $69billion projected to 2013 and $143billion in GDP PPP.
And has a growth rate of 8precent.
And we have recently ordered 6 JF-17 Thunder aircrafts together with 14 Mi-17s and 2 Bell-412s.
