Feasibility of a no fly zone over Syria?

Let’s say the US uses F-16 jets and AH-64 helicopters. Wouldn’t that be risky considering Syria has thousands of advanced MANPADs, Iran has thousands of advanced MANPADs, Hezbollah has hundreds of advanced MANPADs, on top of SA-22 Greyhounds, MIM-23 Hawks, Buk M2, Tor M1, Rapiers, Crotales etc. ?
