So which country will upgrade its F/A-18s with AESA?

http://www.ainonline.com/aviation-news/ain-defense-perspective/2013-04-12/raytheon-breaks-f-16-radar-upgrade-market

Raytheon is also marketing the RACR to the eight international air arms that operate older F/A-18 Hornets. Hvizd declined to discuss individual countries, but told AIN that he “looks forward to some news [on F/A-18 upgrades] later this year.”

F/A-18 operators

Australia
Canada
Finland
Kuwait
Malaysia
Spain
Switzerland

So which countries are considering the AESA option for the Hornet Classic? We can cross Spain(bankrupt), Switzerland(bought Gripen E/F), Malaysia(Only 8 units), and US marines(Airframe too stressed).

That leaves Australia, Canada, Finland, Kuwait, and possibly the US Navy.
