Raytheon is also marketing the RACR to the eight international air arms that operate older F/A-18 Hornets. Hvizd declined to discuss individual countries, but told AIN that he “looks forward to some news [on F/A-18 upgrades] later this year.”

So which countries are considering the AESA option for the Hornet Classic? We can cross Spain(bankrupt), Switzerland(bought Gripen E/F), Malaysia(Only 8 units), and US marines(Airframe too stressed).
That leaves Australia, Canada, Finland, Kuwait, and possibly the US Navy.
