More power than airframe

Of the sixties-seventies fighters, there were some that had more power than airframe, i.e. they could literally fly the wings off of the aircraft at low altitude and burn the paint off at high altitudes.

Discounting the the T-50 or F-22 (I am assuming the Sukhoi aircraft are in the old school style as is the F-15) which of the new or newer ones are capable of this and which will run out of steam long before the airframe or paint gives up?
