Slack research?

We knew about this site a long while back and picked up details on it whilst researching the Bader crash and other losses in the vicinity. However, we identified it as an Me 109 crash site and the witnesses also said that this was what it was so I have no idea how it was thought to be a Spitfire. Crossed wires somewhere!
