Issues with NATO Command structure during Libyan War

Interesting stuff – apparently once NATO took over operations over Libya, quality of planning and execution of missions greatly decreased.

Amazingly I remember this being discussed after Kosovo. Seems nothing’s changed.

Another reason for a unified European Air Force!
