Monino Museum abandoned?

Having seen pictures of the aircraft here before a few yrs ago, they seemed to be in reasonably good condition despite being outdoors.
However when you look at these.. its seems the base is completely abandoned and everything is overgrown now???
The aircraft appear to be mostly wrecked and damaged as well?

Seems only a small section of grassed area is actually mowed… has it always been this way or is money running out?
