stabilization of fighter pilots heads

Ive had this idea for a long time and want to see if you guys think its worth implementing. As you all know modern fighter jets have an extremely high rate of roll. This means in combat maneuvering that the pilots head is violently thrown about which can cause pilot disorientation and even neck injury. So Im wondering if fighter jets should have some kind of restraints to keep the pilots head in place. There is of course a lot of different ways this could be done.
