19:00 hrs Friday 24 June 2011
Low flying high speed military over EH209PW with direction towards NNW.

I was unable to get outside fast enough to see it at all, but it is unusual for that location, at that speed and the noise. Not loud enough to be a RAF Tornado. It wasn’t a chopper. It wasn’t a civilian.

Does anyone know if there was any unsual military air activity? e.g. a military aircraft in some trouble to be at such a low altitude.
