Over the weekend of 15-17 July 2011, the Cholmondeley Estate in Cheshire will welcome the cream of classic and modern performance race cars, as well as racing bikes, helicopters and much more, to its stunning surroundings for the Pageant of Power 2011.Originally created to celebrate power and performance in its many forms, the Pageant of Power drew over 50,000 visitors in 2010 and continues to offer more ‘bangs-per-buck’ than any other UK event.

The Pageant will not only be a draw for motorsport fans, with four different classes of international powerboat demonstrating full-throttle runs and, for those that like action of a more explosive nature, a display of British Army combat power, featuring tanks, troops and field artillery all engaged in a breathtaking battle simulation. Also set for a return in 2011 are the daring Breitling Wing-Walkers – the world’s only formation wing-walking team who will be displaying their breathtaking routine of loops, rolls and turns. Plus taking to the skies will be the largest private helicopter gathering in Europe, facilitated by event sponsor, Eurocopter.

As the winner of Best Tourist Event in Cheshire 2010 and expected to attract a record number of visitors in 2011, the Pageant of Power has fast gained a reputation that makes early booking essential!
