What Makes Euro-canards better than Russian fighters?

Dear sirs,

There has been intense debate on this forums recently concerning Americans fighters and tactics versus Euro-canard fighters and tactics. The accusations where made concerning Americans and there enthusiasm for the aircraft.
But the thought occurred to me concerning the Euro-canard fighters, there fans and the designers that make them. Can someone please explain to me in laymans terms why a Typhoon is better than a Su-30 and the Su-30MKI?

With barely any modern AESA deployed. The radars look the same on paper.
The Su series is more maneuverable in close. The Russians have state of the art jamming (MIG21-BIS). And the next generation T-50 looks to super cede the Euro-canards in everyday. What makes the Typhoon, Griphen and the Rafale better? Are they better simply because they are made in Europe? please explain. Are the Euro-canard fighters better than the Su-35,T-50?
