What's This?

Hi,

I’m new here, so hello. Thought the more knowledgeable among you might know what is in the attached image. It’s not on the RAF web-pages among their inventory, so I thought it might be some secret-squirrel test-bed, or possibly out of Qinetiq at Boscombe, as it does have a lot of weird shiny things on the bottom of the fuselage, and some weird thing on the top side of the fuselage. It’s been flying over my house a lot in the last couple of weeks, one day appearing at least 4 times over a period of three days.

I’ve set myself task of identifying everything I photograph in my aptly, I think, named “Aircraft I See From My Windows” series 🙂 – But this one has me stumped.
