T-33's in 2010?

I’m reading a book on the T-Bird that’s about 10 years old so some of the information regarding current operators is dated needless to say. I was looking at some of the orbat sites up on the net (the Milavia one seems to be down…can anyone confirm?), and to best of my knowledge the only two air forces still operating the T-33 are those of Bolivia and Paraguay.

Does anyone have more up to date information than this?

Any pictures of operational T-33’s (military or civilian – i.e. not warbirds but test airplanes, etc.) in the past five years or so are greatly appreciated.

Just trying to find out what T-33’s are still flying these days and where they can be found.
