LN-MAX is cn 84167, but was however certified as cn 85738 (which belonged to LN-BDO, former DE840/G-ANSE, w/o 1963). It seems like G-ASPV’s parts were used on at least two different Tigers in Norway. The fuselage on LN-MAX, and the wings on LN-KAY (stored/being rebuilt?).

Thanks for the information. So what does this make G-ASPV then?

I had a look at the airframe the other day and it is a Tiger Moth and the CAA website gives the identity too as 84167.

Aaaaaaarrrrrrrggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh……..what am I going to do next?

The plot thickens!

Best wishes,

Martin
