Is BAE Mantis flying and is it going to be tested in Afghan?

Please forgive a few silly questions:

Is it flying?

I read that it was slated to be tested in Afghan, is this true?

How does it differ from a Reaper? My understanding is that its more autonomous and has a heavier payload (and endurance?)…
