armed 747 ?

I never knew that the B747 could carry a spare engine externally…i thought the cider had gone to my head 🙂

You learn something new everyday! What a fantastic idea (albeit the drag penalty is probably quite severe).

Maybe BAE Systems could convert a few 747’s, with the spare pylon being wired to carry a few storm shadows….. :diablo:
