RAF Typhoon and the other partner Nations. Situation on tranches and total numbers?

Hello,
I have just read the interesting article about RAF Typhoon Tranche 3 in the October issue of Air International.
It explains in a clear way the differences between the three tranches for the RAF, for example
the Tranche 1 dedicated to Air Defence duties and Tranche 2 and 3A with more or less complete dual role capability
It also reports that the RAF might get only 160 of the originally planned 232 examples.
Would this cause a ripercussion on the price of the last Tranche? Will there be changes in the industrial
division of jobs? It would be a little unfair for the other Nations that the UK retain a 37% work share but end
up buying only 25% of the production

Anyway, what I´m interested in, is the situation in the other 3 Partner Nations: Germany, Italy and Spain
Are they all committed to their planned numbers? 180 for D, 121 for I and 87 for E?
Will there be the same kind of differences in capabilities and roles in the 3 Tranches
as in the RAF?
How good of a Tornado replacement can the Typhoon be?
Germany has no plans to get the F-35 or any other combat aircraft in the medium term.
Will the Luftwaffe end up as a single type Air Force with 180 Typhoons serving in the Air
Defence and Ground attack/Recce/Deep strike role?

Thank you for your comments

Stefano
