Su-30MKK/MK2

Hi all,
I have a question regarding the radars onboard Su-30MKK/MK2 aircraft. Up to date I thought the MKK used the N001VEP and that the MK2 used a slightly modified version.
According to this wiki site (I know not the most reliable source)

Su-30MKKs from the 20th aircraft onwards were equipped with the NIIR Zhuk-MS and that the MK2 received the Sokol. It is also said that during upgrades the Zhuk-MS was replaced by the Zhuk-MSE. AFAIK the E just stands for export therefore Zhuk-MSE is just the export variant of the Zhuk-MS. Does this make sense at all?
