The Kingdom of Kumar (love west wing) which is roughly where madagasgar is (make believe is fun!)has been reaping the rewards of Oil found in the Seas around its northern border.

It has over the years maintained a small but capable airforce based on sales from its old Friends in the UK. It currently operates a Samll number (35)of F3 Tornado’s and (30) Jaguars 10 years of saving it has decided to invest in its Airforce Capability to turn it’s self into a serious player in global Affairs.

In the past its government had remained neutral in most conflicts and believed in its influence through oil trade. The new government though believes in getting its hands dirty if needs be.

Your task is to create a new airforce for Kumar You have £14 billion (hey they just spent £18 billion pounds on a new navy – see naval aviation sub- forum) to use, so use it well!! (You dont have to think about support costs/ staff costs/staff numbers.

You can purchase your airforce from any nation, you can even speculate on second hand sales if you like.

The RKAF’s mission is to support the objectives of the Kumar Ministry of Defence (MoD), which are to “provide the capabilities needed: to ensure the security and defence of Kumar, including against terrorism; to support the Government’s foreign policy objectives particularly in promoting international peace and security.

Kumar currently has 1000 troops stationed in Sudan as part of the AU forces and has 2000 troops about to be deployed to Afghanistan.
