stealth air superior aircraft for the rest of the world

since the eurocanards are not stealthy (and no matter how much the european downgrade stealth its a vital feature for air superior aircraft) and F-22 is not exportable and latelly either producible (f-35 is bomb track no matter what they say), i come to the conclusion that several western countries (japan and australia to name few) are facing a dead end.
So i was wondering how difficult and feasible it will be to build such an aircraft ?
