F-4M FGR Mk.2 versus EE F.6 Lightning

A sunny over Germany in 1971* (or England, if you like so, but that is harder to imagine).
In training the newly delivered RAF fighter, the McDonnel Douglas F-4M (FGR.2) Phantom takes on latest version of the marvel of British fighter design: the English Electric F.6 Lightning.

Rules of engagement require visual identification. Air combat takes place from the deck up to fairly high altitudes (40k). No stratosphere intercept though.

Who is more likely to win under which scenarios?

*1971: there are no all aspect missiles. The Phantom may be equipped with external cannon, but may be not.
