The Mitsubishi F-2 was originally developed from LM F-16 with wingspan enlarged so that can load 2270liters external fuel tank whereas only 1400liters with F-16.
The Eurofighter as reported can load three 1000liters or two 1500liters and one 1000liters external fuel tank.
I confused that Eurofighter combat radius:
ground attack, lo-lo-lo : 601 km
ground attack, hi-lo-hi : 1389 km
air defence with 3hr CAP : 185 km
air defence with 10-min loiter : 1389 km
seem to be greater than Mitsubishi F-2 combat radius
typical combat radius 833km
but what does typical combat radius mean?
If we compare the Eurofighter with Mitsubishi F-2, which one will be great on air-counter and ground-attack to both?
