PAF vs IAF – Analysis of Capability

Okay another controversial topic. But lets keep this analytical. I know we all hate each other at some level or other, but just to buck the trend, lets just be purely analytical.

I am working on a scenario of the actual combat effectiveness of the two air forces as part of a wider work. I once read a paper about using simple mathematics to analyze combat effectiveness (used by the British I think). I can’t find it for the life of me. However, I am using a rationalized product method here. Please feel free to criticize and point out if some of my numbers are wrong.
