F-22 Already obsolete?

A most interesting quote in the Dec. 8 issue of Aviation Week from a “former Clinton administration Pentagon apointee,” “…..the Raptor is almost technologically obsolete………….The F-22’s processors are far less capable than those in the F-35.”

Note the emphasis that I bolded from the quote. The processors are obsolete. Not a word about performance, supercruise, maneuverability, etc. Yet, post after post exists on thread after thread on this forum among people arguing about which fighter has better performance or, “my fighter is better than your fighter.” My point in making this post is that traditional arguments about what makes a fighter “better” are no longer relevant.
