Rafale News V

This is a rafale news thread, so only news about the rafale are accepted here.
This is not a rafale vs eurofighter thread nor Dassault vs Bae thread.

Let start with a happy news :

The 10th anniversary of the rafale B301, the first production rafale.
The plane made its first the 24th of November 1998 and has been used as a test aircraft to develop the F1,F2, F3 and now F3+ standard.

Delivered as a F1, it was upgraded to F2 in 2001, and to F3 in 2006.
It has also participated in many airshows around the world (with the “rafale” tag on its tail) flown by by Dassault test pilot Eric Gerard.

It was involved in the Swiss evalution in october 2008 and was used to demonstrate the capability of the first RBE-2 AESA to the Swiss Airforce
