One of these magazines, FlyPast, is Europe’s most established and largest selling historic aviation magazine. Launched in 1980, it leads the way, not only in terms of copy sales, but also in advertising volumes and yields. We are now looking for an Advertisement Sales Manager to take this title forward.
Reporting to the Group Advertisement Manager, you will be responsible for looking after the advertising needs of your customers.
You will have the following experience:
• A minimum of two years’ media sales experience on a leading weekly or monthly magazine or newspaper
• Successful key account management
• A track record in exceeding individual and team sales targets
• An ability to build customer loyalty
• Leading a small sales team
You will be:
• Self-motivated and possess a proactive attitude to conducting business
• Dedicated to finding creative sales solutions
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Competitive, ambitious and goal-orientated
• A strong negotiator
• Friendly, sociable and outgoing
