Backseat Jobs?

I’m somewhat familiar with what the backseater does in the F-14, F-15E, and F/A-18D/F, the RIO/WSO having a missionized cockpit that I believe is principally sensors and weapons with no flight controls. My question is what do the backseaters do in the Rafale, Typhoon, and Gripen? Do they have duplicate controls to what the pilot has or are the rear cockpits missionized as in the US examples?
