What is this ??? … a real first glimpse of a new Chinese fighter/bomber, only a concept or again a fake ??

It’s from a short promotional video released at the Zhuhai Airshow

and the title says (via Don Chan):

“Video: Flying Leopard suspected stealth version appears official video”

Additionally there is another picture with a similar model, which is/was shown to the former vice-chair of the CMC Zhang Wannian.

Any ideas ????
