Harrier XW268 information wanted.

Hi,

I bought this Harrier stick for my collection and am searching for all the information I can get on the aircraft.
(I’ve been interested in Harriers for a long time so I sold some items from my collection and bought it as soon as I saw it).

So far this is what I have and I’d welcome any more information particularly about the crash in June 1994 (How do I get an RN aircraft accident report?).
(I have noted when I have found photos of XW268 on the net, but more photos would be welcome).
