The 8th Tu-160 from Priluki?

Hi,

does anyone have a clue about the 8th Tu-160 which was transfered from Priluki to Engels back then as part of the Ukraine-Russia-deal?
I know of the red 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17 and 18.
These are only seven – but eight were sold back to Russia…
