Air Forces Of The Caucasus

I’ve been checking the militaries of the Caucasus states these past few days after the developments in Ossetia and Georgia and would like to know about the air forces of Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Wikipedia seems to be on spot only for Armenia and probably to some extent about Georgia. But I found it way off regarding Azerbaijan where all sorts of aircraft are listed there (even an order for 100 F-16s!!!).

It would be nice if we could make a list here with as much reliable figures as possible.
