ASCC still in operation?

Made the mistake of looking on wikipedia this morning (i know, I know…)

Anyway looking at the entry for the MiG 1.42 MFI i couldn’t help noticing the claimed reporting name… “Flatpack”

Is this a genuine name or is someone having a laugh…?
