Israeli Albatross

Apologies if this has been posted before, but its the first time ive seen this image.

Its a scan that i found over on flickr, showing a desert camo L.39 with an Israeli roundel on the nose. The only other i.d it has is what seems to be a four digit serial on the fin.

Im not sure where the image is shot, but looking at the leafless trees, its proberly at the vodochody works.

Question.

Is it a film star or a captured syrian machine used for test purposes. The only other nation that operates similar camo albatrosses is Algeria, but really???
