So are those Canadian Sea Kings ever going to get replaced? (CH-148 delayed)

As some of you have probably heard, earlier this month the Cyclone was delayed again. There are conflicting reports to how long its delayed, some say only 9 months, other saying 30(!). Its not really clear what the cause of the delay either. Can anyone clarify?
