Columbian(?) T-27 whacks drug-running plane

Fascinating video of what’s alleged to be a US ‘DEA’ Super King Air 350 surveillance plane guiding in a South American T-27 on to drug smuggling plane for the final kill.

What type of plane was that anyway?

There’s something of a “Blue Max/Battle of Britain” feel to the whole clip and you can really sense the desperation of the drug smuggling pilot as he tries to dodge those .50 calibre bullets!!

Quite frankly, I can’t help but feel sorry for the poor b@st@rd…
