About ANSAT helicopter of Russian

I tried to google ANSAT,finding two types or even more than two types that they were all named ANSAT?
So what does ANSAT mean in Russian?And why one civil type and another military type has the same name? Did they birth from one layout in Kazan?

If you guys who have particular files,articles for more details about this helicopter,just post it here,I need to know more about it.In my opinion,Russian aviation industries developing nearly nothing after USSR’s collapse.Maybe someone will say KA-60.I think that is a former Union’s patrimony,and not mature.
ANSAT is a really new design.At least for me,because I never hear about it befors MASK’07 exhibition.
