Government, Paramilitary, and Quasi-Military Aircraft

I’d love to see images of government, paramilitary, and quasi-military aircraft. Though these aircraft are not military in the strictest sense of the word, there is often a blurry distinction between what consitutes military and non-military entities in many countries, including the USA. Examples that immediately come to mind include the CIA, the US State Department, civil emergency agencies and ministries such as the Belarus Ministry of Emergency Situations, and voluntary military assistance organizations such as the Russian DOSAAF. I’ve attached one to start with, an An-2 from the Belarus Ministry of Emergency Situations.
