status of the F-8IIM

Is CATIC still offering the F-8IIM finback as a new-build export fighter?…Its always intrigued me, I mean, if fully developed it can be an interceptor with multi-role capabilty (or even anti-ship with the C-802)…plus I remember the Nigerians expressing some interest in the past (though they opted for the F-7NI instead)…If the Chinese are still offering it, it would be a great deal for 15-20 million$. Does anybody have info. on the current status of the program?
