Fighting Skills Progression with non-wva wvr only

If you were to try to create a chart with piloting skills in air-to-air combat, ranked least skilled manuever to hardest skill, how would your chart look? In all fairness this kind of chart should include manuevers solo, with a wingman, and full flights of up to four aircraft. I would like to keep this perspective guns and non-wva missiles only in order to minimize over simplification of how a progression might look in today’s day and age with the boring off-boresight missiles and active bvr missiles. Basically this is what the man in the loop would learn as a progression from novice to ace.
