EXPERT AIRCRAFT KIT BUILDING

Hello everyone. I’m not sure whether this post is in the right area but this seems suitable for it.
I am looking for someone who is an expert aircraft kit builder. I have a large amount of 1/144 aircraft that i have built but they are all injection moulded, so they are easy to do.
I have recently gone to 1/72 scale but as i concentrate on the smaller scale, i have no time to build these larege aircraft. Also, 2 of the kits are vac-form and so with no experience of this type they are very difficult to build.
If there is any expert kit builder out there at a reasonable price please let me know. The kits that I would like built is as follows:-

ERTL Boeing Stratotanker:- Injection Moulded
A-Model Tupolev Tu-170 Blackjack:- Injection Moulded
Aircraft In Miniture Vickers Valiant B1:- Vac-form
Aircraft In Miniture Vickers Valiant B2:- Vac-form

I will also be contructing the Vickers Valiant B2 WJ954 in 1/144 for my collection from various kits. I would like some help on making the undercarriage nacelles, options for the undercarriage and a source for white numerical decals as the only Valiant decals available are black and light blue.
