This is more geared for the testing aspect, but also should demonstrated why care and respect should be given to engines. It also shows the extents (risks, time and expense) manufactures take to try to make their end product safer.
Even a failure during testing and evaluation can be considered a success, if the net result is increased safety. (saves lives, saves $, saves engines and aircraft)
